Best contact your MD: You have made a reasonable effort with OTC ant-candida (yeast) medication without desired results. It would now be best to contact your MD for a more thorough exam--as this skin disorder may not be due to a yeast infection, but another type of more resistant fungus. Sometime oral medication is required in more difficult cases such as yours. Also, this rash may not be infection but a form of eczema
