? Keratosis: Could be a condition called keratosis which is inherited. Reults in bumpy skin on thighs, upper arms and sometimes cheeks.It does not itch, is harmless but impossible to totally eliminate.Also could be dry skin secondary to an irritan.Moisturize frequently and check with your pediatrician if it does not go away.
