My husband started getting round rashes on his leg, upper arms and back a few weeks ago. the one on his leg is bigger then all the other ones it kinda looks like a bullseye rash. the only other symptom he has is he has been really tired lately?

Have him seen by a dermatologist as this could be Lyme disease or other tick borne infection. . You can contract these in the winter up north. Appropriate testing will be done.
