my 19 month old son has a very red rash all over his arms, face, legs, hands, thighs its every where and its spreading and getting more red ?

See his doctor.: There are a lot of possible causes, ranging from various viral infections to an allergic or contact reaction, and without examining him, it's hard to tell what the cause is. It sounds like he needs to see his doctor today.

Could be many things: Since it is gettmng worse and is "all over". You should call your dr. Now...Especially if he has a fever or is acting i'll ( ie. Not himself) ..There are many causes for rashes (& many types) and it is best to show your pediatrician.
