I : I agree. Hard to tell from the pictures. Another possibility is molluscum contagiosum (pic below). I would recommend you follow up with a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options.

Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, the pictures at photobucket are of poor quality, so it's difficult to hazard a guess about your daughter's rash. Scabies usually involves the head, face, hands and feet in small children, and it typically itches like crazy. In addition, you can usually find burrows (thin reddish lines) leading away from the red spots in scabies. Impetigo is characterized by reddened patches with a honey-colored crust. It's caused by a bacterial infection that can be spread from place to place by the child's hands. Topical or oral antibiotics will usually get impetigo under control. This is also true of folliculitis, a bacterial infection of hair follicles. Occasionally, diaper dermatitis (diaper rash) presents with "satellite lesions" on the inner thighs and lower abdomen. This condition is usually caused by yeasts, and it responds to over-the-counter antifungal medications, such as miconazole. (typically, though, diaper dermatitis is accompanied by a broad area of redness beneath the child's diaper or underwear.) while it's unlikely you have bedbugs (everyone in the family would probably be affected), how about fleas? If you have fleas in brunswick, your daughter could be getting bitten, and she might be sensitive to their saliva. Topical corticosteroids (e.g., Hydrocortisone cream) will usually help in such cases. At any rate, if your daughter's rash is persistent and it hasn't responded to the treatments recommended by your family doctor, it might be worth a visit to a dermatologist. I hope she gets better soon!
