Easy: See your dentist, because a loose tooth could be a sign of more serious problems. Also, extracting a tooth on your own could lead to a serious infection.

Hold on tight!: If your back tooth is that loose that you think you can pull it out yourself, then chances are this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of dental problems for you. You really should see a dentist for an exam so they may be able to diagnose any disease process you may have in your mouth, like periodontal disease. If finances don't permit, then use your fingers and keep wiggling! good luck!

See a dentist : See a dentist immediately. Loose teeth may be a result of periodontal disease which can progress, ultimately resulting in an abscess. Abscesses can lead to severe health issues.

Seek care: Get professional care. The cause must be determined and prevented form continuing and causing more tooth loosening or tooth loss.

Call your dentist: If you are asking for tips as to how you can personally do it, my only advice is don't try. Not a diy project.
