Good question : Dr thornalley in britain has found that diabetics excrete huge amounts of vitamin b1 in urine. There is no doubt at all that both type i and ii should be taking large doses of thiamin (b1). Benfotiamine is a derivative of thiamin and it iseven better. It looks as though this is capable of preventing diabetic complications such as impotence and kidney disease. Taking it is a no brainer!

It Depends...: Please consider working out a range of possible routines with your physician who can adjust your bg measurements and drug requirements to the caloric needs of these fitness programs. One size will not fit all! do this collaboratively!
