May be: Sometimes the sites of vaccines develop a small bump that will disappear over a couple of weeks. On the other hand you can also develop a reaction or an infection in the site. If there is redness, streaking, itching or pain, have it looked at.

May be a Hematoma: It may be a hematoma which is clotted blood under the skin or in the muscle. Since it has been there let your doctor look at it If it is a hematoma it does not need any treatment and will get better by itself As long as it does not change color or there is any sign of infection
