I did 3 days ago the 2nd dose pfizer. i have pain armbit and hard lump(the side of vaccine) . is it normal? i feel warm and painful. when will go away?

Swollen armpit lymph nodes on one or both sides, are a common side effect of the covid vaccine. Lymph nodes are activated in areas where the body perceives that there is an infection. They fill with infection fighting cells and antibodies as a response to infection (or in this case a vaccine). The swelling can last several weeks. Try cold compresses and paracetamol for pain/swelling.

Symptoms such as yours have been reported. Inform you GP.
