Took 5 year boy 4 vaccinations yesterday: menactra & varilrix. this morning one arm has a massive red lump on arm & complains touch it, is it normal?

No: No routine vaccination causes a "massive" reaction of any kind. Thus, one's doctor should be contacted to see if and when an recheck visit can be done with the doctor. Otherwise, a "massive" reaction can be evaluated at an Emergency Room that does take care of children.
