I recently got nasal flu vaccine and around 20 minutes after it i got this uncomfortable feeling in my throat which feels like a lump, is this normal?

Symptom after fluvac: there are similar symptoms after nasal flu vaccine. Generally speaking as long as they are short-lived mild and not compromising for breathing or swallowing they tend to be not an issue. For next year I would mention this before receiving the same vaccine and have the office observe you for 30 minutes to an hour after the vaccination.
