Many possibilities: Dry throat? Try a humidifier or ocean spray before you go to sleep. Don't drink alcohol or smoke, these activities dry you up. Sleep apnea? Get yourself checked. Does not need to be urgent. Growth, tumor, infection - less likely esp at your age. Good luck!
