Not related: I'm not sure if your throat issue has anything to do with your thyroid. Your TSH is low, but looks as if you just changed dose from 100-->75mcg. I bet your throat issue has more to do with allergies or asthma or some other condition. I see you are on prednisone, maybe related to that condition? See a doctor for throat and neck exam and evaluation.

Low tsh: Low TSH signifies an over active thyroid it is mild in your case and keeping your age and good general health should only have mild symptoms your symptoms unlikely to be related to thyroid likely allergies with a postnasal drip.
