I get slight pins and needles in right foot and i'm worried i may have ms. it's been going on for a week or two ?

Do not worry: Focal localized problems in one foot is very unlikely to represent initial ms, and more likely is consistent with tarsal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, lumbar radicular symptoms, or even digital nerve issues. Have this assessed and maybe an EMG study will help.
