Sometimes when i do some cleaning my upper back gets week and sometimes my legs and arm i also get.a cold chill in head .can it be ms?

No, don't think so: Weakness in these areas, associated with activity, is not really specific to MS. Does it matter what part of the cleaning bothers these muscles? Sometimes weakness is caused by other conditions, which may often be tested for in blood samples. It is not clear what the cold chill sensation means. Nothing comes to mind.
