i have been experiencing dizziness for several months now, however it has been progressively getting worse. now i get waves of dizziness just sitting ?

Get an evaluation: Episodes of dizziness can occur from many causes. Ear disease, medication effects, tumors, poor blood flow, migraine events, etc., can all cause dizzy spells. If you are getting worse, this suggests a progressive disease that is in need of very thorough evaluation.
