I have been dizzy for 3 days now with no other symptoms. i was a little nauseous the first day but also had pms. should i seek medical care or will this pass ? it seemed to be get a little better but then gets worse im a healthy 28 year old female?

Dizziness could be mistaken with vertigo which is usually associated with nauseous feeling. You probably have viral induced vestibular neuritis and it should be self-limited. If possible, check you blood pressure although you are still young because both high and low blood pressure can cause dizziness but nausea is uncommon.
