Hi i was just wondering every now i then i feel ill and get dizzy when i stand up and headaches how could i fix this?

?vasovagal?: If 'ill' is nauseous, you might be experiencing a momentary drop in heart rate and thus a drop in blood pressure that happens because of some asynchrony in the normal reaction of the cardiovascular system to standing up. But headaches are not typically part of this, so I would suggest discussing with your Primary Care practitioner who may refer you.
