Probably Fibroids: Symptoms often include pelvic fullness and/or pressure, or heavy menstrual periods. Often, though, women with fibroids have no symptoms at all. If minor symptoms, i would recommend reevaluation in 4-6 months, to see if they are growing in size. If stable, leave them alone. If growing, consider removal via hysterectomy. If you experience any bleeding, given your age, you should seek medical advice.
