Carefully: There is no reason you should not be brushing your teeth after this soft tissue surgery. Just be gentle around the surgical site. There is likely a stitch or two where the mucocele was removed. The soft tissue should be closed and healing within days. Using a soft children s tooth brush may be easier till the wound area heals.
