Depends: If you truly do have a nose that is not in proportion to your face, then you should see a facial plastic surgeon. If you are having a problem with self-esteem then you may need consulting.

Nasal facial balance: Plastic surgeons look to improve balance among the facial structures. A small nose can be made larger with rhinoplasty, where your own cartilage or implant is used to build up the nose. Alternatively, some patients have a relatively large chin or jaw which may make the nose appear relatively smaller. Only after a comprehensive evaluation can a physician help determine appropriate options for you.

Self Consciousness: Confide in a friend or friends you trust to get realistic feedback about your nose, and try to be open to the feedback and also try to take in what you hear even though it may be different than what you see in the mirror. We are all too subjective to see ourselves accurately in all areas, gain the truth through your openness to feedback. Best.
