HypertrophicScarInf: It may be a hypertrophic scar like keloid,granuloma or allergic reaction to the nose ring if it contains Nickel. I suggest you get it checked by your Doctor and do not take it off till you see the doctor If infected may need local or oral antibiotics after cleaning and draining the bump by the doctor.Do not try to sqeeze or drain the bump.If it is a scar,granuloma or keloid.It can be handled later
