I : I am somewhat confused by your question and i assume that you may be feeling confused too. If you are consistently thinking about death or other people or animals getting harmed, this is not healthy. If you talk to yourself non-stop, that may be you thinking things through. If you are hearing an actual voice that is coming from inside your head or you are hearing voices external to your head (when there is no one there, or there is no radio or tv that you are hearing) that may be a more serious issue. If you have not seen a doctor or behavioral health professional, i suggest you do this and pose the question about your sanity to that provider. I wish you well in getting the answer you are searching for.
