Warm compresses/surg: It can be treated consevatively by warm compresses at home and if that fails, surgery.The cost varies from surgeon to surgeon and where you are located it is a minor outpatient surgey and done under local anesthesia and it can cost anywhere from 100 to 1000 dollars.
