See below: Will have some local brusing and swelling. Will need to use antibiotic ointment and warm compresses and follow uop with your surgeon.

Chalazion: There may be swelling and a bruise after a chalazaion excision. Often performed in-office, there may be mild ache after the procedure. You can often assume all your daily activities that same day.
