A member asked:

I frequently get random numbness in my whole body, usuallyy hands the most. what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several things--: Diabetes is one thing. Hyperventilation, especially if you're anxious. Low blood calcium (for instance in hypoparathyroidism), magnesium deficiency, raynaud's phenomenon (a blood vessel disorder, often based on auto-immunity). If symptoms are frequent, see your doctor.
