Hand numbness : If it is episodic in nature i would not be concerned. Anyone can get temporary hand numbness for different reasons. Typically it is relatable to positioning or resting nerves on objects for too long. If it becomes unremitting or more and more frequent or bothersome i would have it evaluated by your primary care physician.
