Ihave a golf ball sized benign tumor, dislocating and broken shoulder and im being prescribed ms contin and hydrocodone but they arent touching the pain. whats the best pain killer out there besides fentanyl that ive already been on?

Talk to your local doctor. You need a personalized recommendation from someone that has heard your story and reviewed your medical history. All opiates do the same thing, they only differ in dose. So you may need a dose adjustment, or a different class of pain medicine to reduce the pain that you are experiencing.
