Likely esoph reflux: Duration of symptoms? Minutes, hours, days?At age 23 unlikely to have a cardiac cause. No use of street drugs, cocaine, excess energy drinks? More likely to be reflux of stomach content into esophagus. No sweats, short of breath, nausea, lightheadedness? More likely esoph related. Any of the above? Call/see md asap.
