Presyncope: Sounds like the initial signs of impending fainting. Perhaps your blood pressure dropped due to a reaction to a disturbing or disgusting situation. (vasovagal). But, at your age, you need to check out primary cardiac problems. Alternatively, consider anemia, low thyroid, medication reactions. See your doc!
