10 months these head symptoms every second every day/night. Off balance, dizzy, lightheaded, impaired speech, head pain, swaying feeling, brain fog, involuntary eye movement, syncope (once) ENT say not vertigo. Meds no help. Bloodwork normal. Ideas?

I have bph, I have been on Flomax for two months or so. It does help with the urine flow, however the side effects are killing me. Light headed, brain fog, sometime dizzy etc. I work out everyday but feel lousy. What is this doing to my body? Thanks?
