Considering BPV: Benign positional vertigo is due to an abnormality of the vestibular nerve or apparatus . The history of vertigo or dizziness produced by changes in position are important history pieces. Cardiac issues can cause dizziness and light headed ness.

Been feeling lightheaded for the past 5days now and on the second my dr gave me medicine but still feeling dizzy and when walking it feels like my head is gonna drop and I dizzy. Two week back I did the basic health checks and all was fine.
