Get xray: I would worry that the wrist bones are not in an acceptable position. This could lead to a wrist with chronic pain. I would get an xray now to further assess bone alignment.

Get an xray: Is it very possible that you have broken a bone in your wrist - the same bone as last year or a different one - or that the bone did not heal correctly and you have reinjured it. You may also have a ligament injury to your wrist. There is really no way to know without an examination, and at the very least, x-rays of your wrist, including the scaphoid. See an orthopedic surgeon.
