I've had 3 pelvic u/s, 1 transvaginal and 1 abdominal u/s, and a laparoscopy. is it possible all these tests could have missed ovarian cancer?

Very unlikely: It is possible that a microscopic amount of ovarian cancer cells were not picked up (too small to detect), but very unlikely, especially at age 29. Family history? Brca gene positive?-higher risk, but still unlikely at this age.

Ovarian cancer: It is possible but highly unlikely for all of these tests to miss the signs of ovarian cancer.
