Seen recently ???: A spot on your lungs as a kid is a very nonspecific finding. Poor inflation, mild pneumonia, significant pneumonia, etc are all examples of what might be related to as a spot. Most are very transient. If you have had other chest x-rays for any reason & none were noted as abnormal, i'd say you had healed.If you are loosing sleep about it have an x-ray done.
