Perseverance: The key 2 weight loss is perseverance. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. Make slow steady changes that u can stick w/ forever. Thin people usually select healthy food options continuously over years & also get regular exercise. Eat differently. Increase veggies, fruit, healthy fats (salmon, nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocado), protein. Stop soda, junk food and decrease carbs & processed foods.
