At least 5-6 weeks: Pregnancy symptoms can be variable. Some women have few if any symptoms and others have pronounced symptoms very early. Most commonly are missed menses, breast tenderness, bloating, increase salivation, and nausea. Mild cramping may also be present. Pain or abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated early.
