See below:: Every woman is unique in regards to pregnancy symptoms. In one study, 50% of women had some symptoms by 5 weeks; 70% had symptoms by 6 weeks and 90% had symptoms by 8 weeks. First-time moms start to get a baby-bump sometime between 12 and 16 weeks. Best wishes!

Wide variability: It varies wildly when after conception women start to experience pregnancy symptoms. 12-16 weeks: First-time mom's usually start to show between 12 and 16 weeks. Pregnancies start to show sooner with subsequent pregnancies. With baggy clothing its possible to hide a pregnancy to 24 weeks or longer. Best wishes!
