Varies among women: A woman of childbearing age who has some nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feels less energetic), a sharper or stronger sense of smell, mild soreness or swelling of her breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings... could be pregnant. Symptoms can occur in 10-20 days, if a woman has good self-awareness of her own body. Of course, non-pregnant women can get similar symptoms.
