Need more info: Were you in an accident? Often neck pain can cause headaches often due to stress in the joints of the spine. This can also be aggravated in certain positions such as you describe. See you doctor, you may need x-rays, further an MRI may also be warranted if you symptoms persist. In the interim pt may also help.

Physical therapy: You probably need physical therapy and a short duration of muscle relaxant. Talk to your pcp. For starters you can do warm compresses on neck about 3-4 times a day and take Acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
