See a doc: You will only make it worse, sounds like an infected ingrown toenail. You will need part of the nail removed under local anesthesia and the dic may decide to put you on an oral antibiotic.

Infected toe: For a toe to be expressing pus and blood you should go to your primary physician or podiatrist asap. It must be cleaned properly, cultured and then you need a prescription antibiotic. Do not treat yourself at home. It can get worse.
