My big toe is purple and there is blood and pus coming out of under the toenail. it has been like this for months. what can i do? should i see a doc?

Go to the podiatrist: Typically blood beneath the nail is from a trauma and referred to as a subungual hematoma and usually when drained resolves, but with pus also noted, there is an infection which needs to be addressed. See the doctor.
