Sleep Specialist: At your age, it could be multifactorial. People do not sleep at night, or do not have good sleep hygiene, that is fixed sleep schedule may be sleepy all day. Having regular sleep schedule and waking up to see the sun can go a long way to prevent sleepiness. Other causes can be sleep apnea, narcolepsy, medications etc. See a sleep specialists if it bothers you.
