No: Saw your other question. You have a HGB of 9. If someone is ordering your iron labs, it must mean that the blood loss is not acute (that is, your BP is stable, you are not bleeding right now). Therefore someone with a iron saturation of 4% does not need acute/emergent evaluation, but does need to see one's doc in the office, who'll look for causes of blood loss & make appropiate referrals.
