Fatigue: Iron may not adequately deliver to bone marrow to produce new red blood cells. Iron may not transfer to other tissues like muscles.

Anemia: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Low levels of iron can result in anemia.
