A number of things: Sounds like you have an infection of some sort. Push fluids, take Acetaminophen for the fever and get rest. If the symptoms persist seek care for a definitive diagnosis. Hope you feel better soon.

Infection: Could be influenza, could be intestinal infection, and if no fever, could be episode of migraine. Could improve over a few days, but if fever is high >103, or too much vomiting which could cause dehydration, you need to contact your doctor asap.
