Why do i have fever,headache,weakness,dizzy? and what should i do?

You probably have a viral infection but covid-19 infection should be ruled out. You should hydrate well, take tylenol for fever above 101 and headache. You should isolate yourself until you are tested negative. If one person close to you is tested + within the last 5 days, you should consider yourself positive even 1st rapid test is negative. You have to be tested (-) for 3 times for ruling it out
