You need doctor: Your urine needs to be analyzed for signs of infection and cultured for bacteria. This will identify what and if you're infected. Sometimes the antibiotic you start with isn't the right one, a culture will determine which antibiotic will kill the bacteria. Without a urine sample before antibiotics you may not get the right treatment which could make infection worse.
