No, ...: Alfuzosin is to relax smooth muscle around the prostate so to improve urine flow. It may induce retrograde ejaculation so not to see ejaculate coming out in some men. It has nothing to do with secretion in urinary tract. If you have discomfort and urethral discharge, go to see, talk, and work with your preferred urologist.
