Stupid Computer: The computer reads on ekgs are designed to catch as many heart attacks as possible but they are notorious for overcalling heart attacks. A trained cardiologist can sort the matter out using experience, training and a set of rules.

Heart attack: Probably subtle, unrecognized. If no angina, and good left ventricular function, may be nothing! but i would sort that out particularly as a young person. Also would do all i can to reduce ongoing issues. Stop smoking lose weight check BP and fats etc etc.
